Feli di Giorgio is visual effects artist who has worked on more than 40 feature films and dozens of commercials. He has acted as a senior compositor, compositing supervisor, digital effects supervisor, visual effects supervisor, imaging supervisor and head of 2D.
His primary area of expertise is compositing and look development. A former Flame artist his primary tool is NUKE, which he has been involved with since its inception at Digital Domain. In addition to his 2D skills he has an extensive background in CG (3D) and studied traditional character animation at the California Institute of the Arts (CalARTS). He is also an experienced still photographer with strong lighting skills.
His work has been recognized with wins and nominations by the Visual Effects Society (VES) and Clio Gold Award.
Recently he completed a 3 year stint at Apple Inc. as a visual effects supervisor and colorist for the movie screen sized LED Retail Store Video Wall.
He is currently working in Los Angeles and points beyond as a Visual Effects Supervisor and Senior Compositor.
